This is my 2nd kit after not making cheese for a year.
I got straight onto it with paneer. I used some of the whey to make a risotto and the paneer wemt into a baked spaghetti squash.
The kits are so much fun and make great gifts.
The cheese is simple to make and gives me such a buzz

Good value cheese kit with lots of helpful recipes. The chutney is a tasty bonus. Would recommend.

There is no better gift than wholesome afternoons of science, reading, tasting and making your own cheese. I was gifted the vegan version and loved it so much, i bought my two best friends the dairy wallace and gromit sets to make with their kids. They cant wait to get stuck in on some chilly autumn/winter afternoon!
Expect very high quality tools and ingredients and expect to have a lot of delicious fun!

I found one of these gift boxes at the back of the cupboard. Someone bought it for me, and I completely misplaced and forgot it! So, I dug it out today, popped to the shop to get some full fat milk. It turned out perfectly. We had the mozerella with tomatoes, basil, advocado, olive oil and balsamic for lunch. Never mind the kit went "best before" in 2019! All good. No hospital calls required just yet!

This was a gift for someone who loves mozzarella. The instructions were easy to follow and we can't wait to make more.

I have wanted to try making mozzarella for years Was put off by thinking it would be a long and difficult process

Following the kit instructions and prompt and helpful answers and advice from Ailsa I made enough mozzarella to have delicious bruschetta and topping for pizzas in a hour or so

Will not be buying mozzarella when next making pizzas

Can't wait to try other kits
