The Best Halloumi You’ve Ever Tasted!
Be prepared to be blown away by the taste of your homemade cheese. As one customer, Andy, shared, “It’s simply the best Halloumi since I was in Cyprus 35 years ago!” High praise indeed. Plus, as the Cheese Taster Extraordinaire, you’ll feel incredibly smug after trying your own creations.
Greek Style Cheese & Recipe Goodness

This is the latest and third kit I have tried so far and I love it! To sit down with a plate of grilled Halloumi that I had made was so very satisfying. A slightly longer process than the other kits but that just meant more fun! I would sincerely recommend getting one because you’ll enjoy it so much.

it’s like no shop bought cheese I’ve ever tasted. Absolutely amazing! So creamy and tasty. A lot easier than I thought it would be too!” Gill
Marina –
The cheese itself turned out really well, and we were surprised and pleased with our results. We made one batch of plain cheese, and one with mint, and liked them both equally well. We shall be making more cheese very soon!

I had been given the halloumi kit for Christmas and embarrassingly hadn’t gotten around to it. So today was the day!
Bought the Sainsbury’s taste the difference jersey creamy milk (non pasteurised). Got all the stuff ready first and read and re-read the instructions.
Everything went to plan. I think the one thing that worried me was how quickly the milk got to 32 deg c and I worried that I’d done that bit wrong. However it then sits in the sink for 45 mins at same temp, which helped me to have the confidence I’d got the temperature right.
Had to find a big stock pan out as did the full seven pints at once. Glad I did though as might as well do a reasonable batch at a time and share!
Wasn’t sure how much mint to add, so only did half a tsp. Will put more next time, as I was worried doing the recipe for the first time, about over doing the flavour.
Really enjoyed and relatively straight forward. Just follow the instructions and cheese appears!
Many thanks.

I love halloumi and making it at home produces a delicious cheese. I’m not sure I could go back to the supermarket one now…I can eat a whole batch just dry fried in a pan with sweet chilli sauce. Or it’s delicious battered and fried. Just divine!
