About this kit

Crowdie is said to be Scotland's most ancient cheese, dating back to Viking and Pictish times. This kit makes it three ways: traditional, smooth and creamy, and firm and crumbly. Your first batch is ready in about an hour.

Inside: ingredients for 12 batches, a reusable thermometer and muslin, and a recipe book. Just add whole milk. It keeps for at least 12 months, and makes a lovely taste-of-Scotland gift with gift wrap and a printed gift message.
