Pour whole milk into a pan and warm it with the thermometer in the box.

This kit was fantastic for the first foray into cheesemaking. Adding herbs is definitely the way to go, and it’s so nice that you can customise cheese rather than the ones you buy in the store! I highly recommend this product.
