Delivery

At Big Cheese HQ we think it’s nice to be nice, so we offer FREE delivery to mainland UK on orders over £40. Orders under £40 are £4.95.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or FedEx and typically arrive in 2–4 working days. During peak periods (like Christmas), delivery may take longer, so please order in good time.

If you’d like your order sent internationally, there’s a handy tool in the basket that lets you calculate shipping costs. Please note customs duties may apply and are payable by the recipient where applicable.

Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
