    Is it easy enough?

    Yes. Everything's in the box apart from the milk, the recipe book takes you step by step, and you'll make your first cheese in about an hour.

  • The Big Cheese Making Kit Ultimate Cheese Making Kit includes recipe book, cheese moulds, herbs, spices, sea salt, citric acid, thermometer, and rennet tablets.

    What else do I need?

    Just milk and a few kitchen basics: a big pan, a slotted spoon, a colander and a bowl. Everything else, from the thermometer to the recipe book, is in the box.

    Can I buy it now for Christmas?

    Yes. Every kit keeps for at least 12 months, so you can buy early and tuck it away. Order by 18 December for Christmas. Mainland UK delivery takes 2–4 working days and is free over £40.
